In Nulla dies sine linea, whipcracking (acrobatic whip cracking) becomes a sonic and symbolic gesture through which to question femininity. The whip, an instrument historically laden with images of power, control and violence, is reinterpreted by a female body that shifts its meaning: the gesture does not dominate, but listens; it does not impose, but measures. A script for body, whip and voice in which movement arises from research into sound as choreographic material. Each crack engraves the space, generates rhythm, opens pauses and silences. The body responds to these sound tracks with a dance made of precision and fragility, alternating tension and abandonment. Sound does not accompany the action: it guides it, interrupts it, throws it into crisis. The feminine emerges as an embodied practice, complex and uncompromising. Through repetition, effort and risk, the soloist constructs an intimate landscape in which the body becomes a source and a sounding board. The stage is thus transformed into a place of radical listening, where gesture and sound rewrite each other, opening up a space of possibility and transformation.
