The idea for this new group creation came from a series of short choreographic actions called ‘silent protests’ created during lockdown periods and dedicated to the concept of the ‘protest body’. The desire is to realise a process in which the performers can indulge in a mutually constructed space in which to expose their vulnerable bodies. In this shared space the performers proceed together through a dance that emerges from their own stream of consciousness activated in real time, in order to release and reveal new and held tensions.
