Wake-up practices – wake-up call

Attempts to awaken the body and what is related to it:
flesh, skin, bones, senses, energies, emotions, pleasures, desires.
Awakening as a decision to act.
Awakening as a condition of awareness.
Awakening as the beginning of a change, of a new modality or strategy.
Awakening as a return to sensitivity, vitality, energy and activity.
To find new cravings and ways of being in motion.

During the workshop the artist Nunzia Picciallo will share some practices of awakening and activation of the body, followed by guided exploratory moments on the issues present in Lemmy B.‘s research, a performance that the artist will present on 26 and 27 April at Sa Manifattura for Fuorimargine.
A non-judgmental, healing space will be created.

The workshop is open to everyone from 18 years onwards, regardless of ability and experience.
No practical knowledge of dance is required.

Cost of participation: 25€
Participants will be entitled to the reduced price of 5€ for admission to the performance.
